Bookings & quotes

Every trip is quoted individually — the fare we communicate covers what is stated in your quote (vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, parking and driver accommodation as applicable). A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and complete the agreed advance, if any.

Inclusions & exclusions

Your quote lists its inclusions explicitly. Unless stated, entry tickets, hotel stays, meals, permit fees (e.g. certain hill sectors) and personal expenses are not included. We will always flag the likely extras while planning.

Changes & cancellations

Plans change — we understand. Cancellation and change terms depend on the trip type, duration and season, and are stated clearly with your quote before you confirm. Nothing is hidden in the fine print; ask us and we'll spell it out in writing.

Responsibilities

We commit to well-maintained vehicles, professional drivers and punctual service. Travel itself involves variables beyond our control — weather, traffic, road and permit conditions — and our team will always advise the realistic plan for your dates. Please carry valid ID for hotel check-ins and permit areas.

Vehicle substitution

In the rare event a listed vehicle is unavailable due to breakdown or emergency, we substitute an equivalent or better vehicle at no extra cost, and inform you before the trip where possible.
